Squirrel in the Room

One morning as the sun shone brightly into a house, there was a man, sleeping in the bedroom. Birds sang outside on trees and seemed pleasant. A clock placed on the table showing 8-59 am just hit 9 and the alarm started to ring. It rang and rang but the human didn’t wake up. In deep sleep he wouldn’t even move much. Well, the sound of the alarm wasn’t just for the human to wake up. It kept ringing loudly and was heard outside the open windows. There was a big tree right beside the house and lived there a squirrel. Hearing to the sound Steve woke up. As he walked out of his tree house, he yawned and stretched with his eyes yet to be opened. He kept walking on the branch till he reached the edge, and not noticing it was the end of the branch, he walked from the edge and fell, landed on the lower branch and swung off of it to fly through an open window where he safely landed on his two feet. He then opened his eyes expecting nothing had happened and blinked a couple of times to then realize the entire new surroundings. Steve was shocked and his jaw just dropped as his eyes were wide open. He looked completely surprised and turned all around to see something new to him. He calmed down and walked around to see the environment. He then came across the reflective surface of the wall tiles, he could see his own reflection but wasn’t able to realize that. The reflection copied every moment of himself and made Steve feel more and more frustrated. He then couldn’t take anymore of the un referable form of torture. He became irritated and was going to burst out with anger. But then, there seems to be someone at the door who was going to open it. Steve heard the sound of the door nob and was cautious. As the door opened, Steve ran and hid himself an object. A human walked inside and stood in front of the mirror. Steve was silently watching the human and he could smell something strange. Steve then looked up to find himself hiding behind a commode. Steve was disgusted. Steve then saw the window through which he came and planed out the escape. He then slowly walked towards the bathtub above which was the window. He kept his eye on the human as he walked. There was a bar of soap in front of his path but he didn’t notice it and as his feet stepped over it, he slipped and fell on his face. The human though he heard something and turned back to see nothing was wrong. Steve had hid behind a shampoo bottle with his tail in his hands.
Steve makes his onto the bathtub where he stood on the edge. Jumping from the tub onto the towel hanger and climbing the wall behind it. The human turns towards the towel and takes it off the hanger, exposing Steve. In complete shock, Steve stops his climb noting the human and the human seeing Steve, they stare at each other in shock. Staring for a while, the human moves a little and Steve panics mote and screams. Looking at the squirrel, the human screams too. Screaming at each other for a while, the human moves a little more and Steve runs, climbs the wall onto a platform and runs towards the edge. Staring at the window which was few feet away, Steve takes a deep breath, narrows his eyes and sets himself in a race position. He then jumps at the edge and flies through the gap. The platform feels too far away and he was not able to reach it. Steve falls down from the mid air….but then holds on to the platform edge with his fingers. He tries to hold on and pull himself up and with determination; he was able to do so. He stands on his feet and takes a deep breath. Steve lifts his head up to see the window so close, then runs again and jumps off through the window. The human sees all this just standing and as Steve jumps out the window, he lands and jumps off a branch and bounces onto his house branch.
The human stood confused and Steve was happily in his home.
